HUE CITY is the heart of civilization where people who have special abilities live.

With the men's strong pursuit of power, they were able to unravel the mysteries surrounding the WHEEL, an ancient relic that caused 'COLOR' to manifest on mankind. It is a nature found inside every individual which helps them nurture and use certain type of powers which only a KING can bestow to anyone who is deemed to be worthy.
