THE HOOD

I was only 10 when the gangs became stronger. Everyone wanted me because of special abilities and talent. But the worst of the worst were about to get their hands on me. I jumped from orphanage to orphanage, I never stopped running. The streets were my home. I didn't belong any where but there. I don't talk about my childhood often, and I have every damn right not too. It wasn't what anyone in the right mind would consider much of a childhood. I had never been so destroyed in my life until I hit "10." Things were always different since I never knew my age. The story I'm about to tell you... Is one that hits close to home. Despite losing everyone I held dear along the way, one managed to stay around against the odds. It wasn't my first time being kidnapped... But this time it wasn't just a kidnapping, not even a trade off or sell. If it wasn't for him, I would've stayed and eventually broke myself out. By then things would've been worse. It's just another heart wrenching story. But you can tell a lot by a story... Even ones like these.

This book is dedicated to my big brother frosty. I hope he enjoys every word! He's one of my bestest friends and a one of a kind big brother. He means everything to me even if I don't know him in real life. He's always been my hero, so, I've dedicated not only this book but a character to him. I love ya big brother.
