Bueno basicamente en esta historia bill decide cambiar su forma "física"  piramidal por una humana para poder conquistar el corazón del tierno e inocente dipper pines,pero al "transformarse" en humano algunas de sus "emociones" toman forma física convirtiéndose en sus "hermanos" como por ejemplo la ira,la sensibilidad,la amabilidad,la tristeza etc. ahora el demonio de un ojo tendrá que luchar por conseguir el corazón de su querido pino.

There the second highest gang in Gravity Falls called "Demons.". The leader of the group is Bill cipher. His gang members are William(Will) cipher, Star, Andrew and Lady widow. The Demons were like family. Bill and Will helped them when they needed it the most and now they were family. They all have The Gift that everyone wanted. The highest Gang of them all is a young man that doesn't have a team. He's a solo man. No one's ever meant him in person before, but one little lady. When Dipper meets Bill something changes in the leader. Something that can effect his team that he calls family. Or Something that can effect his life forever.
