Ashley's life hasn't been the greatest but she's always had her brother Kyle looking out for her. Kyle went to a really good high school because he was super smart, the thing is he has to live in a dorm away from his "family" but he only cares about Ashley. Ashley goes to a normal high school where she is bullied everyday and then comes home to get pretty much ignored by her parents. They've never really liked her not like Kyle.
A few unread texts and a miss call sends Ashley swirling deeper into depression. Who knew the "favorite" son was so depressed all those miles way.

Hope has always expected the worst when it comes to people. Although who could blame her? Since she was about the age of five Hope and her brother Gavin have been in foster care. To everyone else she was A depressed mother that had spent more time on drugs than off of them. She cared about her kids she really did, she just didn't know how to handle them. She hides all of her problems and focuses on her twin brother making sure that he is always happy and dosent know about her problems, because honestly at this rate shes turning into their mom.
