This is gonna be my first original story. I was originally gonna make this story another fanfiction, but my friend said that I should write something original, so here it is.
A little girl had died by her favorite spot after she was abandoned by her family. After her death she found a demon that would give her a second chance in exchange for her eyes. The little girl grew out her hair to cover her empty eye sockets and now walks on the streets looking for eyes until she meets a family that decides to take her in. What will happen to the little girl? What will happen to the innocent family? What secrets will the girl and the family unfold? Will there be a happy ending? These answers will be hidden in the story.

This story is about a 16 year old girl named Melody Swift. Ever since her mother died, her so-called "father" started abusing her. Kids at school are cruel, they bully her brutally just because she's different. She simply waits for everything to get better, after all what's the point in trying when the world will do whatever they can to drag you down. Her only escape from this twisted reality is a creature named Shadow. A terrifying creature that is somehow more humane than the so-called humans around her. Shadow could easily take all her problems away, but Melody refuses to take the easy way out. That is, until she just couldn't take it anymore, she takes Shadow's offer and soon her life got better. Her bullies started disappearing, showing up dead in the woods. Their bodies badly mutilated, almost unrecognizable. Life at school started getting better, she finally had human friends and even a boyfriend. Her "father" was found dead at her house. The torture had finally ended.
