28 parts Complete It's not easy to be an unmarried British-Indian girl especially when your parents think you should have married by now! Nimmee has a decent job but is bored. She spends her free time writing and daydreaming about her backpacking days and the love of her life. Her family, however, would like her to stop woolgathering and find a suitable man--or else, they'll find one for her. An online dating website, Indianmarryme.com, seems like just the ticket--but will Nimmee find love, or only remain lost in the memories of the love she once had?
What follows is one hilarious misadventure after another. Several intriguing suitors come Nimmee's way, but her dates end in one disaster after another. With her scheming cousin and grandmother teasing and slowing her down, and memories of her past love still haunting and teasing her, we wonder if she will ever manage to find the right man?
Notes to readers-
This novel is a bit more of a high brow chicklet/romance/comedy with lots of cultural touchstones especially at start, but please persevere. If you are impatient, read first two chapters and then skip to chapter 5 to get straight into the dating/romance action.I promise you it will develop into a fab and interesting story which I have spent 4 loooooong years crafting.... THANK YOU :))
