Jeannine was just minding her own business when she followed Rovyn, accidentally swallowed a Jellybean and became a cat.

Now Rovyn has to both help Jeannine to become a Human and deal with what's happening in the witches world, Assassination threats, treason, the council having there own issues and a whole party of people. 

Will she successfully change Jeannine back? 
Will the new people help or slow them down? 
Will she survive?
