Growing up is not always easy, but for Riley, growing up seemed to be the worst thing to ever happen. Hardship was like an old family friend and showed no mercy for anyone. It made it's a way around the table, taking more and more until it was Riley's turn. A simple incident changed her life forever, but just like that; it was gone, leaving a gaping hole. Unable to wake every day with reminders on everyone's face, she moved away from what family she had left. She's convinced herself it isn't in her cards to have true happiness, emotionally reserving herself for something she thinks would never come. She pushes everything good away trying to avoid anything being taken away again until one day, it pushes back.
