This is for anyone who has ever worked in the service industry. This job requires a lot of patience, and a bunch of fake smiles. I have work in the service industry myself since I was 15 years old. I started off in a pizzeria then worked my way to a casual fine dining tiki bar. Anyone and everyone who has ever worked in the service industry before has maybe one or two stories to tell about their experiences. As human beings we encounter different kinds of people in our daily lives and we tend to run into some interesting characters to say the least. Now instead of just walking away, now imagine having to serve them.
Here you will find REAL LIFE experiences that servers have had. Trust me I have my fair share of stories and I'm pretty sure many others do too. That being said reach out to me. "Ms. Peterson, did you attend a club Friday night? " Mr. Shaw said causally as he focused his eyes on his twirling pen. "No" I said trying not to show that I was lying.
