Harry Styles girlfriend, Audrey, goes missing one night. 3 years later, he finds her, but has to bring her into hospitalization immediately. She has 2 broken legs and a broken arm, cracked skull, and bad concussion. She doesn't remember Harry, at all. Will he be able to earn her back? Or will he just damage the relationship they do have? When Audrey does remember, Harry makes it 1000 times worse. The real question is: will Audrey still be able to trust Harry enough to fall in love with again? Or will she forget about him completely?
