President Stone has finally been taken down and peace has returned to Metro City. Everyone has accepted Astro as their friend and savior, and he can finally return back to his normal life. However, among the rubble, a young boy emerges, frightened and confused. Toby pushes himself to his feet and takes a few steps forwards before he is knocked to the ground once more. Even as Kalli struggles for independence her proximity to the Prince draws her into Imperial politics and the tension between the Emperor and the Cirts. Now the girl who wanted to make all of her own decisions is going to have to decide if her new friends are worth opposing the Emperor.
