Life is pretty normal in Viruen. However, someone has hacked into their world layer and now the lower level monsters are becoming stronger and the top Guilds are getting attacked and has no chance to stand up against the mysterious attackers. If someone doesn't clear up these monsters or the mess made by these mysterious people, the creatures will soon progress to max level. But what can one Ultimate, and a few Experienced and Amateur Levelings do against millions of horde of monsters as they slowly get stronger?

Everything was silent except the ringing in my ears and the cheering and jeering of the audience above the commands of the queen to kill me. I could hear something else. A cry. A sobbing cry. I had enough strength left in my body to turn my head. And that's when all sense of pain left my body. I saw Devin with a blade to her neck next to the queen. She was crying out to me, "Please Tara just surrender! You'll die if you keep going! PLEASE!!!" She cried and begged me to stop but the queen silenced her. I tried to get to her but I couldn't get up. I sat there thinking to myself frantically "What do I do?! What do I do?!" She sounded so terrified. The Season Winter troll I was battling went to pick me up before its hand and head were sliced off in a split second. The audience went silent as I stood and glared at the Queen pointing my sword at her, its blade dripping the blood of my defeated opponent. The Guardian gave me the power surge I needed to force my way through the Queen's defenses, who she demanded subdue me. They were innocent, but stood in my way. So I had to cut them down.

Six high school students looks like anyone else acts like anyone else but are capable of things no one else is. They learnt from a young age no one that means NO ONE can know about their powers even their parents and other siblings. It brings out the true friends and those who just want to use you. In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else. Is anyone truly irredeemable when they could try to do more rights than their wrongs, no matter how little or large? Should second chances be forfeited just because the unforgivable has happened? One in a killing game broken too many times with each motive, death and betrayal. But not destroyed, as those who died, awaken again into the outside world completely different than what they expected. All starting with the first victim, as one by one, they all awaken. One by one, they all had to face their reality and solve this mystery. One by one, they had to go through what they done, what they should do, how to move on. But a promise still lingers in the air. Will it be forgotten even though they were given a second chance? Or will they see it through no matter the obstacles and the mysteries? A VR Post AU which consists of 2 parts, behind the scenes and the post game. Behind the scenes- Waking up to the unknown after being killed is an impossible experience, but it happened anyway. So when it does, what does one do? Well... does it look like they are a goddamn expert? With missing memories and unsolved mysteries in their midst, with guilt and their shadows behind them, with them showing their lowest at times and having to go up from there... a road of surprises, fixing and moving on.
