Calgara is cursed. The kind of curse that is passed down through generations. As Cal's life goes on, her body slowly transforms into a skeleton, so that she may never feel the sun on her skin or the fresh summer breeze, smell lavender in the mysterious shops, or taste her favorite foods that remind her of a time past. The stars have cursed her, and she has never forgiven them. Dante is a sorcerer. Or one in training, at least. His family wants him to carry on the tradition of selling potions and magic items to the State, but that isn't his preferred way of life. He wants to learn the rarest and most difficult magic of all: Fatewinding. The intertwining of fate itself. Their lives become tied together when the Zodiac God Scorpio is missing. The Council of the Zodiac cannot find him themselves, and they task the two with this quest. The reward: Dante can finally learn Fatewinding, and Cal, as well as her future generations of family, will never be cursed again.

Everleigh was a shy, reserved scholar who moved to Louisiana for a fresh start. After being attacked and put into a coma by a wolf attack, she traveled the world to try and make sense of what she saw. As it were, all her questions would be answered in the bayous of New Orleans when she meets the mysterious and handsome Noah Landry. Noah is the Alpha of an old pack in the swamps who are eager for a Luna. The fact that's she human meant nothing to him, but everything to his father and former Alpha. They will face a threat like never before while also be thrust in a war they never saw coming. "I was shocked when she tried to shove past me, like actually attempted to move me. She was all of five feet tall and the tiniest woman I had ever seen, and she was trying to square up to me. Her arm touched mine and it took everything I had to keep it together. Her tiny gasps filled my ears as her eyes looked up and into mine. She felt it too. I nearly had a celebratory dance party right there. She was human and she felt the connection, too. This was perfect. I grabbed her arm and bent down so I could look into her eyes. I needed more of her. I took a deep breath, filling my nose with her amazing scent. "Please stay." I begged her, my eyes pleading with her not to leave me. "You're hurting me." Her tiny voice broke my heart. I immediately let go of her wrist. When she said my name, I decided that no one in the history of the world has ever heard their name sound like that. She slipped past me and was out the door." Book #2 of the Royal Legacy series (can be read as a stand alone)
