Post-Megaman 4. After Proto Man saved Kalinka, Doctor Cossack's generosity was great. So great, in fact, the Doctor invited him to stay at his house for a while. It was nice to shelter from Russia's cold and recharge his power core with a proper outlet and nap, but what if he's supposed to play with Kalinka?
