Told from five different unique perspectives, this story depicts the events- and aftermath- of the Pulse nightclub shooting, particularly the life and death of a young boy named Caleb Santiago who died protecting several people within the club. As Caleb's mother goes through the five stages of grief alongside the personifications of each of the stages, she learns to accept her son and move on with her life.

NOTE: One of the requirements was that this story was based on an article describing a real life event. This story is based off of an article about one of the victims who was shot several times while using his body to shield others from the bullets. The link to that article is here: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4411774/Report-reveals-new-details-Florida-nightclub-shooting.html#ixzz4wijPtfx6 My story is a fictional view of a very real event, and all characters mentioned in the story are entirely fictional.
Elliot Jensen and Elliot Fintry have a lot in common. They share the same name, the same house, the same school, oh and they hate each other but, as they will quickly learn, there is a fine line between love and hate.
