She was able to fight off three of the dark covered figures with her fists. There were so many, they just kept coming at Timber and her. It was as if whoever was behind this, had a never ending supply of these ninjas. Keisha picked up the small wooden table, and flung it as hard as she could muster at the man in front of her. Then all of a sudden she felt a tremendous blow to her head. Her eyes went blurry. "Timber! Please be ok!" was the last thing she remembered going through her mind before everything went totally black, "dark as the darkest night."

I awoke to shuffling in my room. I looked over to my alarm clock. 2:47. The hell? The shuffling comes closer to my bed and I tense when I see a shadow of a man. I stay still, breath coming in small pants as I tried to pretend I was sleeping. I feel a dip on the end of my bed and stiffen. I squeeze my eyes shut and whimper quietly. The sound of raw pain and misplaced admiration in her voice broke my heart. "Oh, honey. They're all monsters."
