Lance McClain is the Red Paladin of Voltron- For now. Who knows how long teams really last. With Identities being discovered, secrets being uncovered, Lotor rising to power, and the hunt for rebel forces intensifying, there's hardly any extra time. A devastating blow strikes fear and distrust amongst the team, and so they split up, each going their own way, into uncertain territory. Only one thing's for sure: Nothing will ever be the same.

What happens when the team is confused by a small alien who comes to the queen gobsmacked and pointing at Lance frantically muttering "We can't fix him!" and Lance is ordered to stay in the castle? ~ I totally made this up. Allura and The White Lion have fused, and the Paladins leave Oriande behind. Everyone has admitted to themselves that Shiro has changed a lot. Pidge believes she knows what's up...but she must bear several life-threatening injuries to prove it. Nothing to big for a Paladin of Voltron, right? Sadly Haggar knows what the youngest is after...and she must prevent it from happening. In any way she can. Oh, there's one more thing...Keith has a family which is alive. NOT a Klance book.
