Fíriel Gilraen's identity was kept secret the moment her father was murdered. With only a few months of age, her mother brought her to Rivendell alongside her two-year-old brother Aragorn. Elrond accepted both of them as his foster-children and gave them the names Estelwen and Estel meaning „Hope".

When she turned eighteen years of age she was told of her true heritage which changed her whole view of life completely. She decided to leave Rivendell to explore Middle-Earth and find her true self - leaving her brother and mother behind.

Many years went by making a skillful warrior out of her. A warrior that protected innocent lives from deaths harm and the darkness that was growing in the land each day. She was called by many names, but no one really knew who she really was. Her family and friends never heard of her again, but never stopped believing that they would all meet again in the time to come.

One day an to her unknown wizard came to her and life took an unexpected turn. She was summoned back to Rivendell to discuss a matter of life and death that could change the destiny of Middle-Earth completely.

It was then that her journey truly began.
