When Will Solace started volunteering at the infirmary at Camp Half Blood, he learns to take pride for his skills in helping others. He is always known for helping every camper with their needs, and most of the time, succeeds. Will shows others how to care from themselves and love as well.

Will is in need of care and love as well. His mother has recently been moving from place to place because of money and Will doesn't know how to help. Meanwhile, Will encounters Nico di Angelo at the infirmary, and he needs serious watching. Will falls madly in love with him- but doesn't know how to handle himself over him.
