This story takes place in an alternate universe were your emotions are shown in your eyes if you feel nothing your eyes are the color you were born with pink is love blue is sad black is well you'll find out yellow is happy and more will come later now for the back story the two main characters are sky and cooper they are both very "straight" they are both sophomores in high school and have been friends since first grade they've been thru the divorce of cooper's parents the move of sky in freshman year of school sky moved to seattle leaving cooper in olympia they see each other on the weekends and are constantly texting but still feel there is a void not having their best friend with them thru hell uh i mean high school book has strong language possible smut

You may still like this even if you don't like fantasy. It's more like a normalization of angelic humans. There's plenty of gay adorableness and cuddles. Based in a world in which everyone is an angel and must earn an ability not inherited through family. It seems random but it's not in the slightest. Each matches ones personality. Finding this trait also gets you your wings, which is what every young cherub strives to earn. It's a crazy world where anything can happen. Encluding a rather odd pair. Pepper is a 15 year old wingless. The last one in his whole grade. Everyone picks on him and hates him for it, but he especially hates himself for it. He lives with his dad that does nothing but abuse him, and he has the biggest identity crisis you'll ever see. Then he meets the gyrokenetic boy Robin.
