The year is 2050 A.D. Humans have now completely established a civilization upon Mars. The Democratic People's Republic of Mars. Earth, a self-destructing planet is still home to 13 million people. There are only 12 surviving nations on the entire planet. The other countries having collapsed indefinitely. The Chancellor of Mars refuses to harbor any refugees from Earth. And the Martian people in their Ivory Towers do not know of the crisis on Earth. The Chancellor of Mars despite having ignored the pleas of Earth for decades now request a group of diplomats from each nation, to be hosted in Mars. What sparked this sudden change, and what is to be gained of it? As the people of Earth stand hopeful, will Mars crush their hopes or grant them amnesty in a hell masquerading as heaven.
