Waking Shadows continues the story of Anna and Lyndon. They are left broken hearted by revelations that forever have changed the direction of their once-perfect, relationship. Now Anna has moved on, and built a comfortable life with Drake. She goes on a mission, with Lyndon's help, to discover the truth about what really happened to her childhood best friend--Jane, and along the way, discovers more secrets.
There comes the opportunity to travel and really get to know her new family, the Collingwood's. As difficult as that time would be, spending it so close to Lyndon and being confined to the forest, she really throws herself completely into the Collingwood's 'witch' lifestyle, metamorphosing into Rosanna Collingwood. Experiencing things she would never be able to back away from, seeing things she could never again un-see.
Both Anna and Lyndon are, once again, faced with things they wished could stay hidden in the shadows.
With Drake's love and optimism that convinces Anna "It's all going to be alright" Anna is swept away in a hopeful future, seemingly leaving Lyndon behind. Everything is on the brink of being perfect, and just as Anna is mentally preparing to become Mrs Drury and give up the Collingwood tie forever, Lyndon makes a confession that could ruin her perfect world forever.

So he had to find a building in close proximity to Grey House. He finally saw the building opened today. They are moving in within the month after everything is given an okay by building inspectors. Elliott did all the work. Carrick helped push the sale through. The owners kids were fighting over rights to it after their parents died. Two long years and Grey finally got it. He wants to make a name in publishing as well. He thinks they write enough about him he can write as well. How to fall prey to your mothers friend. Elena Lincoln has came up missing after being found sexually assaulting a child in her dungeon. Warrants were served to any place her name was associated with. Including mine. Good thing they found nothing at mine. Taylor got a heads up and we got busy. Money gets things done. Mom is crushed, I had to admit to my family what Elena had done to me. I cut her off a year ago. But she had paperwork with the GEH contracts. Mia spit in her face as she was being taken into court. Grace has been depressed over it all. I have a new doctor and she is hot, but married. But alas I am using E L James characters again for this story. Ana Steele is and has been very religious. She has chosen to become a Nun. She goes where she is sent no matter what. Things happen that change her forever. Christian Grey and Elliott Grey are playboys who made money easily and find it easy to attract women whee ever they go. Mia Grey is their baby sister who has no real direction except marrying well and having children. Even though her mother is an example you can become something more than a trophy wife, she can't get through to her. Mias friends aspire to marry her billionaire playboy brothers. So they have no real ambitions of their own. Mia is going to have a very rude awakening in this story. Even though this alludes to mature materiel, I will not become graphic in details. Thank you E L James for your wonderful characters. I love using them for my creations. Anastasia Rose Steele has dreams and they have been very wonderful. I was adopted by an Amish family and really don't feel like this is where I belong. I have decided to leave at 18. My parents know this and have tried to talk me out of it and tried to marry me off to many suitors, but I just don't want them. When I leave for Rumspringa I will get my high school diploma and take everything with me. Mom and dad already know I am leaving for good.
