Waking Shadows continues the story of Anna and Lyndon. They are left broken hearted by revelations that forever have changed the direction of their once-perfect, relationship. Now Anna has moved on, and built a comfortable life with Drake. She goes on a mission, with Lyndon's help, to discover the truth about what really happened to her childhood best friend--Jane, and along the way, discovers more secrets.
There comes the opportunity to travel and really get to know her new family, the Collingwood's. As difficult as that time would be, spending it so close to Lyndon and being confined to the forest, she really throws herself completely into the Collingwood's 'witch' lifestyle, metamorphosing into Rosanna Collingwood. Experiencing things she would never be able to back away from, seeing things she could never again un-see.
Both Anna and Lyndon are, once again, faced with things they wished could stay hidden in the shadows.
With Drake's love and optimism that convinces Anna "It's all going to be alright" Anna is swept away in a hopeful future, seemingly leaving Lyndon behind. Everything is on the brink of being perfect, and just as Anna is mentally preparing to become Mrs Drury and give up the Collingwood tie forever, Lyndon makes a confession that could ruin her perfect world forever.

I was adopted by an Amish family and really don't feel like this is where I belong. I have decided to leave at 18. I do use certain aspects concerning them in my stories though and thanks again to E L James for that as well. Anastasia Rose Steele is married and her husband Louis David Randall was just hired as an CFO at GEH in Seattle. They are expecting their first child anyway. Ana is a children's book writer her and Louis met each other in college and married their junior year. When Ana got pregnant they thought she might have to delay her getting her degree, but they both worked hard to assure she got her degree. It was love at first sight for both of them. Neither have any family left. They had bought a small home in Seattle and had the nursery completely furnished. The house had four bedrooms and three were furnished. The elderly couple gave them some of the furniture, because they couldn't take it with them to Florida. Life turns on a dime as well know.
