Kamella is the youngest sibling, and only girl, in a family of superheroes. That means that everything is about the three older brothers and their weekly heroics that save the city. But when it comes to spending time with their kid sister, they couldn't bothered, they have more to do. Even mom is too busy manning their control center to do more than check in every few days. Desperate to reconnect with her family, Kamella decides to use the powers that she has to become a villain named Blinq, just to get attention from her family. But life is already hard. Heading into her senior year in high school, trying to keep her crush away from the stupid boys she keeps dating, fending off suitors of her own, and then meeting other heroes and villains certainly keeps her on her toes. How much of a mess can she make, and will she be able to clean it up? This is being written for the Open Novella Contest 2024, for prompt #87: You come from a family of highly respected heroes.
