Arceus the Alpha Pokemon the creator of all living things is sealed inside the Hall of Origin for thousands of years because of massive use of her power to stop the UltraBeasts invasion.
Many years later in the present time Arceus awakens from her slumber and excitedly explore the newly transformed world she last seen thousands of years ago after exploring the world she came across of dying woman protecting her newly born son from a bunch of ferocious spearows and save them but the mother didn't make it and requested Arceus to take care of son that Arceus hesitatingly accept.
The child that Arceus just saved is also in danger because the child was unexpectedly heavily injured by one of the spearows and losing his life Arceus didn't gave up and uses her secret power to save the child.
After saving the child Arceus discovered that the child has merge with her power and obtain the similar powers she uses changing the child to be a half-breed of Arceus and a human named Ashura Arceus.

Later, they awoken from their hiding places in Alola and they felt evil nearby and they will save Alola.
