I don't own the two songs I've posted on the two newest poems but give them a listen if you like. just a collection of free verse/rondel poems(short stories to lengthy ones I guess) I've written over the course of ten months so far some won't be uploaded as I know they would get flagged as to dark of topics so yeah enjoy or don't. Feed back is helpful I didn't really pay attention in my English class during poetry so I don't really know how to punctuate the poems. Also I know the first one is pretty bad but it was the first I've ever written the rest I think are okay but we're our worst critics after all. Also there are some with dark topics such a suicidal ideation, abuse of a child, sexual abuse, and not technically a dark topic but metaphorical suicide which talks about suicide so you have been warned for when I get around to uploading the darker poems.

Runawaying from Redshore city wasn't my plan but I felt trapped in that city. You never could make it unless you had connections or were from a famous family and that's not how I wanted it to go. I love to sing and my best friend got me into dance. Now I love going with the flow and letting the music take over my body. I ran away from my home with nothing but my skateboard, guitar and a back full with anything I could shove inside of it. Now I live in a studio apartment, making my own songs with choreography for them and casually posting the audio of the song or the actual dance video on the internet because why not. I work at a skate shop to help pay my bills and to stay out of trouble with the police since I've gotten in trouble with them a couple of times for street performing without a license. But like my best friend used to say, "You're only in trouble if you get caught" and I never did, so now I just chat up with them to pass some time or to help someone. When I heard of a singing competition I thought it couldn't hurt. I mean I might be able to win a nice prize and get some more publicity for my music, which was more important to me then some cash prize but it would be nice.

'No, he didn't'. I was so shocked by the turn of events. Everything was going fine and then suddenly boom, everything turned upside down. I just couldn't believe this. What did he think of himself? So, the poor lady thinks that I will leave her alone and just let her go free?' He had that evil laugh and boy, his breath stank. I counted till 5 and then kicked right in his balls. I turned around and grabbed his hair from roots, jerked them so badly and then gave my hard elbow shot on his chin. I had this idea last night after a few drinks, a pounding headache, and an excessive amount of throat lozenges. In order to inspire me to write more often than I currently do, I am planning to write a new post every day and publish it, allowing me to rant about whatever is on my mind. Anything goes with this story. Maybe I will talk about something deep and metaphysical about the meaning of human existence, or rant about why my life sucks and how I prefer iced tea over hot tea. Anything goes. This is just an inspiration to allow me to write SOMETHING every single day of the year. Hopefully I can keep up.... If I end up deleting this story, I guess you'll know that I failed.
