This I wrote for my little brother who is a techno-freak but also is obsessed with dragons, so here is a futuristic world where dragons still exist. To stay true to the fantasy, however, the beasts are capable of human speech with their mouths unlike those in my favorite fantasy-dragon world from the Inheritance Series.
