On the surface of Las Vegas, you get the bright luminosity that beams from the city. The enticing casinos that don't seem to be ever be empty of gamblers. The radiance of every corner that attracts you right in. 

Well, almost. 

There is the only corner that seems to be the complete opposite and is feared by many. One place that torments but still intrigues the entire city. 

Kierce Shaw Kacper, or otherwise recognized as S.K, is notorious for his intimidation and menacing tactics. He's despised by many, yet no one has ever attempted to challenge him. He commits illicit acts and seems to always get away with it. 

Jettiah Covet is a hot-headed, twenty-one year old who's following his father's footsteps. But he can't do if the devil himself-S.K threatens his fathers business.
