Essentially, they have the power to continue living through different iterations or versions of themselves across various realities. They get to bring their original appearance strength and a special little ability given by the goddess of reincarnation herself. They get to live through this infinite cycle of death over and over again, how wonderful!

I should be paid for it, but instead I'm paid in the continued existence of mankind instead of monetary value. I want to retire at a young age so bad. --- OR: SI gets reincarnated, the whole shebang, and does the main protagonist struggle even though he doesn't want to be the main protagonist.
