21, awoken from her slumber by the androids 17 and 18, seems to form a new barrier between the world peace Gohan and Trunks seek. However, this newly arrived female droid seems to be different from her predecessors and Trunks is determined to find out what she really is about, forming an unlikely alliance and a far from normal relationship.
