Jean Valjean is the protagonist of Victor Hugo's 1862 novel Les Misérables. Hugo depicts the character's 19-year-long struggle to lead a normal life after serving a prison sentence for stealing bread to feed his sister's children during a time of economic depression and various attempts to escape from prison. Valjean is also known in the novel as Monsieur Madeleine, Ultime Fauchelevent, Monsieur Leblanc, and Urbain Fabre.

Valjean and Police Inspector Javert, who repeatedly encounters Valjean and attempts to return him to prison, have become archetypes in literary culture. In the popular imagination, the character of Jean Valjean came to represent both Hugo himself and leftist sentiment.

What is Neobook? by AMOTimePlayer

So at this point everyone wants to know what Neobook is after discovering a thread on our message boards. I've read a few books about the app by some other Wattpaders who were trying to figure out what Neobook is about and honestly most of it seems like speculation so.... here's my take on it! For those of you that are actively trying to find out what Neobook is and found this book you know why your here, just know that I have decided to personally investigate this app by creating an account to investigate how the inside of the app works and to see if I discover any stolen works. So please give this book a read as I help us all figure out what this app is about, why it's bothering us on Wattpad and hopefully I answer some questions were all asking. I plan on doing deep analysis of the app and will mention both speculations, where they came from, and whether they're true or not (all while providing the best evidence I can) This book will be updated when and if I find more info or if I find any stolen works, so save this to stay updated. Screen shots of evidence I find will be included. The most editing that will be done to the screenshots will be to keep certain evidence together and to make it easier to load and condense into one chapter since Wattpad only allows 10 pictures to be added in a chapter at a time (or at least that was the limit last time I checked which was years ago, but it will make it easy for pic to load so regardless your welcome) Only confirmed fact(s) so far; 1) the messages on our message board are from Bots. 2) No one has reported to have THEIR OWN work stolen. 3)Neobook has shown to not support playgerised work. Things that have yet to be confirmed; 3) Stories being stolen. 4) Who on Neobook is stealing work

Shakespeare's 154 Sonnets (Completed )

154 parts Complete

Shakespeare's Sonnets is the title of a collection of 154 sonnets by William Shakespeare, which covers themes such as the passage of time, love, beauty and mortality. The first 126 sonnets are addressed to a young man; the last 28 to a woman. The sonnets are almost all constructed from three quatrains, which are four-line stanzas, and a final couplet composed in iambic pentameter. This is also the meter used extensively in Shakespeare's plays. The rhyme scheme is abab cdcd efef gg. Sonnets using this scheme are known as Shakespearean sonnets. Often, the beginning of the third quatrain marks the volta ("turn"), or the line in which the mood of the poem shifts, and the poet expresses a revelation or epiphany.
