When you're a musician, you have to play dirty to get on top. Hearts need to be broken. Dreams need to be shattered. Bodies need to hit the floor. Everyone in the music industry understands that if you just turn the other way, keep your mouth shut, and smile pretty for the cameras, then you'll be set for life. The "Blue Vixen" or "Beatrice Vilden" has been at the top of the scene since the beginning. No one knows what her real name or origin is, but everyone knows she's the next big thing. After an near-death experience by the beach, B.V. meets someone who's more complex than she is. Together they discover a plot brewing within the industry, causing Beatrice to personally get her hands dirty with the rest of Hollywood. It's a deadly game of cat and mouse as icons and corrupt corporations alike struggle to find out everyone else's secrets and expose them to everyone else. The winners will get everything they've ever dreamed of, while the losers will end up in body bags.

She and her best friend Mallory move into an apartment together as Blair attends college for Journalism. Then one day her friend drags her to an Attack! Attack! concert where she meets Austin Carlile for the first time. When they bump into one another after the show. The three become a trio faster than any of them expected. When he goes on tour, Blair leaves and changes her number because someone from her past had caught up with her. Austin has no way of contacting her, or knowing where she is. When she finally gets her journalism job she gets to interview a new up coming band Of Mice & Men. She finally meets Austin once again, and they hang out like old times. But things are a little bit different now on Austin's side, however Blair is stuck in her same realist ways.
