This is actually an idea I had for an anime a long time ago.  Harley is a high school drop out that forms a group of intelligent outcasts to get rid of polititians that have become curruppted to a point of no return. Harely runs into an old school crush Ryan in the middle of a kidnap and forces him to . unite through fear of death. Complexity rises as Harley falls for a vigilante and begins a confusing relationship with another member of her group. It is a story full of romance, comedy, and action. i hope you enjoy.All Rights Reserved
