Luca Changretta has been chosen. The girl who was swept under the rug by the council, and who's family and friends were killed to keep their secret. When she gets to earth she is sent to a hidden and untouched place designed to rebuild their society- the right way. Peacefully. He, however, seems to keep it a bit interesting. Bellamy Blake, seems to be made but the devil to tempt her or possibly by God and perfect for her.
