Captain Mordecai is the most feared pirate on the seven seas. Anybody who hears the cracks of his sails is doomed to a fate worse than death. Children are told tales of Captain Mordecai and the ocean is feared.
Captain Mordecai is feared but nobody knows exactly who they are fearing because nobody has seen him and survived.
Captain Mordecai isn't the captain they think. The original Captain Mordecai died ten years ago leaving his ship, his crew, and his legacy in the hands of his fifteen year old daughter, Amelie.
Lucia is the fifth child of The King and Queen of France. She's loved by her people, her family, but not herself. She can't love herself when she doesn't know who she is. Through the forests and powdered wigs, there's a girl in there, she just has to find her. Her opportunity comes when tragedy strikes. The dastardly crew of The Silver Wisp sneaks into France and kidnaps the youngest princess, Princess Lucia.
