The Jade Mountain Academy certainly wasn't shaping up to be what Winter expected. He was always surrounded by dragons from different tribes. He was forced to share a room with a SandWing and he was in a winglet with a NightWing!
He missed the Ice Kingdom; his harsh parents who cared nothing for him, his entire family's constant disappointment and the strict order and laws that ruled over him everyday.
But Winter doesn't yet know that Moonwatcher and her friends are going to make him never want to return to his old life.
When someone close to Winter goes missing, he will have to learn to learn to trust Moon and her powers.
