The curse never happened but Henry exists because Neal returns to the Enchanted Forest when Neal finds out Emma is with child he leaves leaving Emma to raise Henry by herself with her parents. Emma soon realizes she wants adventure and when she goes to the docks to find a ship she meets a pirate with a certain amount of charm and a taste for revenge.  CS Fanfiction.
