Meet Andrew Sapphire. A Freshmen in high school. One day, a storm has struck the city he lives in. And his entire school was suddenly struck by a flash of lightning and everyone was sent to the hospital.
No one knows how we all survived, but slowly we started to develop super powers. Shortly after developing powers, people have started to end up dead. A killer was among us. The killer has been hunting down our powers, all we knew it was a person who had the ability to steal other abilities. Although they only could use the latest power they stole from the most recent person they've killed.
They were trying to get stronger was what people have been saying.
Andrew needs to create a team of heroes and gather allies in order to stop the killer and save his city from utter chaos.
