Allie Hewit can read minds. It's as simple as that. She's always taken it for granted, and thought nothing of it. Allie knows that reading minds is not normal, but it doesn't bother her. Enter Max Reed, a new student who doesn't like her, unlike the rest of the West End High population. There's something about Max that makes Allie uneasy, and she makes it her quest to figure him out. Are they more alike than she thought?
