Completely original book by me.
Alex always had a hard time growing up, but not your average hard. He is transgender, has abusive parent, and is hardcore bullied. This leads to many issues, such as having to run away and have like 30 scars. Also he has sewn up eyes and mouth (don't ask how he eats) thankfully he meets a very nice girl who helps him a lot.

Alex is a fifteen year old boy who had the worst luck in life. He'd witnessed his parents deaths, he was bounced from foster home to foster home, but this was the last time. His torture was their entertainment. His pain was what they thrived on. Then it went way too far, and he ran. There was only one person he trusted, and it was the boy he met at school on his first day there. His parents are great, but they're always out on business trips. He had no friends at his old school, he was just the one they made fun of. Alex has some issues of his own.
