This is my own interpretation of the next game (assuming there will be another). This will also include the choices I made in my first playthrough. Listed below are the key choices in the game that I made.

Meanwhile, Collectors abduct human colonists in the Terminus Systems and no one seems to care. For Thane, death was his ten years of battle sleep driven only by his thirst for vengeance, while for Shepard, the two years unconscious while strangers did and undid with her body without her consent. Together they will find their way back to life and with their comrades venture into the bowels of the galaxy from where no ship has ever returned. The Reaper attack on the Citadel has been thwarted, and in reward, Shepard is sent to root out the vestiges of the geth that were loyal to Saren. Like a good and loyal Spectre, she accepts the assignment... albeit begrudgingly. She expects it to be a quiet endeavour; something that the Council hopes will keep her warning of the incoming Reaper invasion away from their ears, but she gets far more than she ever bargained for, and a course change she could never have expected. This is a retelling of the beginning of Mass Effect 2, filling in the gaps between Shepard's death and her subsequent resurrection at the hands of Cerberus. Disclaimer: I do not own Mass Effect. Everyone was evacuated from the home planet over 150 years ago. Our planet was dying, it was only a matter of time before our race was wiped out. We now live on a synthetic planet designed and built by our ancestors who came together from all parts of the globe to devise a plan to save us. We have lived peacefully for over a century.. Until now. Our lives were threatened when a mysterious and deadly virus broke out, killing entire communities at a time. The council says that they have a plan; they said that in order to prevent the death of more innocent people they will test every man, woman, and child for signs of the virus. Any person found to have been infected will be quarantined, the ones who die will be given a proper burial while the ones who survive are deemed carriers and are to be sent to the home planet to prevent further outbreak. I was prepared for the people I know and some I love being taken away for the greater good, but I never would have expected that among the list of people being taken from my community, that I would be one of them.. I survived the quarantine. Now for the survival of my planet I, and the other Carriers must be sent to the home planet. I'm going back to Earth. An entity that is so...useless. Plagued with Corruption, it is weak in the eyes of the most feared Sith Lord of them all. Darth Xynarus. Born as Thespian Palpatine, the oldest child of the Palpatine bloodline and elder brother to Darth Sidious, Thespian is a man who understands the laws of pain, manipulation, and darkness. Both him and Sheev were trained by Darth Plagueis The Wise, and whilst they both excelled in the Dark Side, Plagueis clearly picked Thespian as the favourite. Teaching him how to remain forever youthful along with the unnatural ability of Midichlorian Manipulation, Plagueis saw far more potential in Xynarus, that he did Sidious. Potential...that was not unfounded. Years later, Xynarus has been travelling the Galaxy under the guise of the well-known and respected, high ranking member of the Kuat Shipyards, seeming to be the wise, strategic, professional, lead ship designer that has invented and built ships such as the Venator Class Star Destroyer, and the well known, Lucrehulk Battleship. However, under the mask of Head Ship designer, Thespian, the unknown elder brother of Sheev Palpatine, prefers to be known as Lord Xynarus, and is a major player in the galactic-wide chess game that his younger sibling is playing, and whilst he acts like he unaware of his sibling's endgame... Justice for the Lost
15 years after the Empire's fall at the battle of Jakku, Justice for the Lost picks up the story where Resurgence left off. Having gained a foothold in enemy space, Big Boss' Army will need to establish new supply lines and seize key manufacturing systems from former Colonel Andral Escher, enigmatic operator of the hive mind of droids pulling the Remnant Empire's strings in this sector... not to mention the Imperial Remnant itself. In the Republic, a Chiss pirate threatens the hard earned peace by attacking centers of government and military installations with a growing armada of unknown and ancient origin. Believing her to be a student of their former mentor, Obbic'larr'amori (Clarra) enlists Big Boss' help in facing this new threat. And while Lady Erika takes care of unfinished family business, Jorgan and Frida resolve to rejoin the Army of the Sun in secret to rescue Master Rael from Nemo's clutches. NOTE: My story broke continuity with the current Disney timeline as of the Ahsoka series, which contradicts the fates of several characters in my works up to that point.
