'Luke Castellan, born to the god Hermes and died of his own hands-A hero that has succeeded us all.' Thalia read the words that the Apollo and Athena Kids had pasted onto his memorial collage. She blinked away the sour tears that stung her eyes as she gazed at the photo-booth pictures that she had taken with him a long time ago. She clutched the envelopes against her chest, lightly laying them next to a picture of him that Thalia had taken when they were on the run. All those letters she had written after his death, all that time thinking about him while hunting, all that affection that had been thrown out the window. 'Dear Luke,' she started to read to his blue eyes that had been stilled into pictures.
