After a long civil war, the country has now fallen under rule by a single Government hell-bent on constant tracking and surveillance to ensure that no one can threaten the peace of the people again. Evelyn Peyton-Wang was brought up by the Government ever since its establishment, now working in among the highest ranks to determine the exact lives of people to prevent specific individuality from causing another conflict. Since young, Evelyn was taught never to question the Government, and it stayed that way.
That is, until her cousin finds a lost and beaten-up girl in an abandoned rebel stronghold, and she might be the one ticket to convincing Evelyn to doubt the strict authority of the government she's always admired, or enforce her support for it. Either way, it all rests on the wounded girl from the warehouse, and things may not be what they seem...

Both 18 and having been born on the same day, they were raised as twins, Luna adopting Lara's surname because of her own being unknown.
