It has been five years since I have left my home town Afton, Oklahoma; to join the military I was 12 years old when I left. Not really having a normal childhood I only came home to visit my family, and didnt really have many friends that were my age, but at 17 getting medically discharged I am forced to go back to the town I have escaped for all these years.

Who am I living for?
I know it's probably weird for a girl who has cancer to be so well like me and all, but my family and I both agreed that I should live my life as long as I can. I mean of course when I get a cold it's more than just your typical cold and all, but that doesn't stop me from living my life. Even if I have cancer I am still a normal teenager, just one that has an experation date. in this short story, a boy from 1912 accidentally calls a girl from 2024 by using his phone from 1912, the girl lives in his friends old house despite it being over 112 years old. originally the boy wanted to call his friend but ends up calling the girl who had his friends phone which survived through time. This story proves how much my writing has developed over the years hence the first book I've ever published which was A new friend, a five nights at Freddy's fan fiction about c.c afton which in my opinion is bad. Though I can't blame myself since I was thirteen at the time but it's been two years since then. I've matured, grown and found a new perspective of life. I'm fifteen now and I hope you enjoy this story, I recommend you read my first ever book I published on this app and see how much my writing style has changed and developed. New Girl
"You dropped this." I heard a husky voice say. I turned around to look at what I dropped and realized it was my schedule. I gasped. Damn, I would have been fucked if I'd lost it. I guess I didn't put it in my bag... I looked up to thank him, but ended up not being able to find my voice. He's really attractive. Drop dead gorgeous attractive. Hot. He has brown hair that is spiked up in a messy way and shiny chocolate brown eyes that are hard not to stare at. His jawline was firm and he is extremely tall compared to my 5'3" height; he seems like he's 6'1". He looks in good shape -- the white shirt he was wearing showed off his broad muscular chest. He wore a leather-mans jacket from the school over the t-shirt, with black denim jeans, and converse. I swallowed. I snapped out of it and took the paper forcing myself to say "thanks." However, he walked away before I even finished. OK... he obviously isn't interested in the 'new girl' like all the other students are. I can't help but feel a bit disappointed. Out of all the guys that have hit on me in school today he is the only one that has caught my eye -- bad news is that he didn't even bother. "You know him? I'm surprised the cheer-bitch hasn't threatened you yet." Jessica said, her face showing shock. "Um, no I don't know him... and cheer-bitch?" I frowned confused. "She's his ex-girlfriend, but considering she has such a small brain that is a size of a peanut, she won't leave him alone.
