A boy wakes up within an incubator to find himself stranded in an unfamiliar world with fractured memories only to cross paths with an androgynous ally filled with secrets. Seen as a freak of nature, and an outcast in this strange new world, he must uncover the secrets of his past, and figure out where he fits in the events that follow.

(Author's Note: This is a fragment of a multi-work series I had planned out at one point. At this point I was doing a lot of experimenting with my "author's voice" through my works. The details on it are all kind of fuzzy. You may still like this even if you don't like fantasy. It's more like a normalization of angelic humans. There's plenty of gay adorableness and cuddles. Based in a world in which everyone is an angel and must earn an ability not inherited through family. It seems random but it's not in the slightest. Each matches ones personality. Finding this trait also gets you your wings, which is what every young cherub strives to earn. It's a crazy world where anything can happen. Encluding a rather odd pair. Pepper is a 15 year old wingless. The last one in his whole grade. Everyone picks on him and hates him for it, but he especially hates himself for it. He lives with his dad that does nothing but abuse him, and he has the biggest identity crisis you'll ever see. Then he meets the gyrokenetic boy Robin. Being able to tamper with gravity, will he keep Pepper on the ground or will he float away. *WARNING* This is a boyxboy and if you aren't cool with that just don't read it. It does have some triggering stuff like abuse and i'm afraid it might be to important to just give you a warning to skip. I think that covers it. Enjoy the story.
