Chloe Autumn Morgan: from Concord, Massachusetts. A small-town girl all her life. A shy, kind girl with a wild side and a sailor's mouth. To her parents: her father; William Morgan, an accountant, and her mother, Victoria Morgan, a realtor. A very financially free and stable family, you could say! Her grandmother, Margaret, who's lived in Derry her whole life and recently retired. She knows the eerie town of Derry holds many secrets since she's worked at the Derry library for a while. The warnings from her grandmother don't stop Chloe from trying to have a good summer and autumn with „The Losers". Being bullied most of her life, she found comfort in watching horror films, listening to heavy metal, death metal music, and of course, reading books sitting in cafes. Her mother, an ex- alcoholic, in and out of rehab, abused her when she was under the influence. When she moves from Concord to Derry, Maine, she meets „The Losers". She forms a insanely strong bond with Beverly Marsh, but Bill Denbrough as well. Invisible strings tying her to both. They all see their worse fears morph in front of their eyes daily, they find out that a clown that comes out every 27 years, is haunting them all and drooling over their fear. Her family also carries sinister secrets. And what Chloe discovers... may not let her see her family in the same light. She soon, will float.
