Harry Potter is finished with training and is now working as an Auror. In this story he asks, and gets asked, several questions, the answers to which will shape his life and lead to the Epilogue.
Historian's Note: This fic takes place some four and a half years after the end of Deathly Hallows, and is based upon canon and JKR's sometimes conflicting public statements about the lives of our heroes before we see them again in the Epilogue.

Harry returns to Hogwarts battling with PTSD and Draco has to return to complete his N.E.W.T.s as part of his probation. Hogwarts has been restored physically, but the school still needs to heal. Draco is being bullied and Harry steps in to help.
