Mass chaos and violence run rampant in the lower levels the UFD try to maintain the peace but with so much going things tend to slip through. The Cyber Sword has access to many technologies but their man power is low, they have droids for low level missions but special detectives know as Cyber swords. Most security is privatized. I started by taking up a lot of the scenario and the dialogues of the game by intermingling a new character, then from "Jericho" I went into total improvisation in this version .
