Hermione always wanted a planned out life with a predicted path towards the future. Never had she ever imagined her fiancé -being Ron Weasley- would ever cheat on her or hurt her in any way possible.
That's where things went wrong. Hermione felt like a woman who gained no equal acceptance or love from her significant other. Especially when he had the uncharacteristic guts to bring home another girl to the apartment they contributed money to live in.
Drunk and honest, Hermione walked into Tessa Whales. Tessa helped Hermione back to her feet and was kind enough to let the older woman crash at her place for as long as she likes.
But, unfortunately, Tessa has a bestfriend and neighbour with whom Hermione had never gotten along with. Due to Tessa's kindness, Hermione is willing to take the risk and behave towards her former nemesis; Draco Malfoy.
