This game has one rule and one rule only: a Yakumo can change the rules at any time. The game is just smacking a ball back and forth, and the ball happens to be Ran, the nine tailed fox shikigami of Yukari (totally not animal abuse.) If the ball goes behind you the opponent gets a point, pretty simple to be honest. Whoever makes it to 10 points wins the game and for the loser you will have to wait and see later in the description of Yakumo Ball. You get a shield so touching Ran won't kill you. When you get two points you will begin to realize, this game is harder than a normal game of ping-pong. The first thing a Yakumo will do is change the boring game to a game with no boundaries. This means, if Yukari hits a wall with Ran, Ran will teleport to the other side. If you hit a wall with Ran, Ran won't go to the other side. Please take notice the music is amazing now. When four points come, say good bye to no boundaries and say hello to danmaku (danmaku is bullets if you don't know.) Danmaku isn't much if a problem, but it can wall you off from smacking Ran across the face towards Yukari. When you get to six points your favorite neighborhood friend comes over and tries to make you hit Ran so many times she its faster and will make you score for Yukari (Yukari can do the same.) Your neighborhood friend goes by TRAIN. No explanation there. When you finally get to 8 points, this is where Yukari says I win to you by combining all of the chaos you've seen before into one part. But then Ran will change up the rules because she is a Yakumo as well. So then you pick your favorite card from your deck of cards to use against Yukari. If you fail to beat Yukari she will summon about a thousand trains and say that you need to TRAIN harder (you should be happy you died to witness such glory.) If you win... well Yukari never planned so you will have to see for yourself.
