Evan successfully commits suicide, sadly, and Jared has to deal with the resulting guilt and memory of him. At his funeral, he unexpectantly sees Connor Murphy who is taken aback by Evans death. Jared wants to improve himself and seeks to help his teenage classmate Connor Murphy. This is a journey of their growing friendship and possible love and care for each other.
